Time commitment: Flexible, typically a few hours a month. Tell us what you can realistically offer, we'll fit the role around it, not the other way round.
Checks: Roles working directly with children and families require an enhanced DBS check. We'll guide you through it, and cover the cost.
Experience: No formal qualifications required for most roles. What matters most is care, reliability, and often, lived experience of mixed-heritage family life.
